The Vacancy
We have an exciting opportunity to join our in house Handy Person Team as a Handy Person. We have 6 permanent roles to fill.
You will be required to:
- Undertake repairs and maintenance works to SNG properties in London and Herts.
- Undertake pest proofing, mould washes, void and communal bulk waste clearance works in accordance with SNG policies and work practices, delivering a first class service that is value for money and customer focused
Please note that you will be required to visit SNG sites across London and Hertford 5 days a week, and so a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for the role. There is no remote working element to the role, it is site based only.
An enhanced DBS check will be carried out for the successful applicants. There is flexibility with the successful applicants starting at 8am and finishing at 4pm, or starting at 9am and finishing at 5pm.

SNG (Sovereign Network Group) was formed in October 2023 through the merger of Sovereign and Network Homes. Our purpose is to provide good, affordable homes: the foundation for a better life, and our vision is thriving communities, over generations.

This role is based with Sovereign Network Homes which covers London and the East and is a subsidiary of SNG. But publicly all colleagues are part of one SNG.
