The Vacancy
This is an exciting role within a fast paced and dynamic established team, which is expanding. The successful candidate will oversee a selection of buildings to ensure the organisation fulfils its statutory obligations regarding all current and future fire regulations, including Regulatory Reform (fire Safety) Order 2005, Fire Safety Act 2021, and Building Safety Act 2022.
Please note that the successful candidate would be required to commute to the Wembley office and/or sites 3-4 times a week.
Access to your own vehicle and a valid driving licence is preferable for the role due to the locations of sites (please note we have an expenses policy stating that the reasonable cost of necessary travel in connection with our business can be claimed e.g. travel between different business locations). This role requires a Basic DBS check.

The Company
SNG (Sovereign Network Group) was formed in October 2023 through the merger of Sovereign and Network Homes. Our purpose is to provide good, affordable homes: the foundation for a better life, and our vision is thriving communities, over generations.
We provide over 84,000 homes and invest in communities across the South of England, including London, as well as aiming to create thousands of new affordable homes every year.
This role is based with Sovereign Network Homes which covers London and the East and is a subsidiary of SNG. But publicly all colleagues are part of one SNG.
